Roberto Chiosa and Davide Coraci win the PoliTo Quality Award for their Doctoral Research in Energetics

Seminar on Automatic Fault Detection and Predictive Maintenance in Energy Systems in the framework of the project PRIN 2022 MUR - UTMOST FDD
On 25 September 2024, Prof. Antonio Rosato delivered a two-hour seminar within the Industrial PhD programme “Technologies for Resilient Living Environments” at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli. The seminar presented methodologies and algorithms for the automatic detection and diagnosis of operational anomalies in energy conversion systems, highlighting their role in enabling predictive maintenance and supporting the research activities of the PRIN 2022 MUR - UTMOST FDD project.

Launch of the UTMOST FDD Project
The UTMOST FDD project has been launched to develop innovative methods for detecting faults in HVAC systems. By combining artificial intelligence, experimental analysis and digital twin modelling, the project aims to improve the reliability and efficiency of building ventilation systems.
