Our Lab coordinator Alfonso Capozzoli at presentation of GBC position paper

Our Lab coordinator  Capozzoli Alfonso joined in Milan (Conference Hall in Palazzo Reale) the Conference to present the new Green Building Council (GBC) position paper on digitization of the construction sector in support of decarbonization goals, as scientific responsible of the developed activity.

The event was held on 26th November 2024 and was an opportunity to discover how Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS), Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Digital Twin technologies can transform the built environment, contributing to the energy and digital transition. The paper brings together the findings of careful consideration and evaluation in the building sector, showing how these innovative technologies not only increase energy efficiency and building management, but also help improve sustainability and maintenance.
